We currently offer prints using the following PLA filament materials:

4. Do you offer other materials like PETG or TPU?
At this time, we only offer PLA filaments and do not have plans to introduce specialty materials like PETG or TPU.

5. Can I request a custom print with specific material properties or tolerances?
We currently do not have a process in place for handling requests with specific material properties or tolerances. However, we optimize all prints using BambuStudio to ensure the best quality.

6. Do you offer post-processing or finishing services?
We do not offer post-processing or finishing services for 3D prints. The items will be delivered as printed.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped via An Post and typically arrive within 2-5 working days in Ireland. The exact turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the print.

8. Do you provide any warranty or refunds?
We do not provide warranties on printed items. However, we offer refunds for visible issues larger than 3 mm. If you encounter a problem, please contact us, and we'll make it right.

9. Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and special pricing for regular customers. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

10. Can you modify my design file before printing?
We currently do not offer design modification services. Please ensure your design is print-ready before submitting it to us.

11. How can I place an order?

13. Do you deliver outside of Dublin?
Yes, we deliver across Ireland using An Post.

14. What is the maximum size you can print?
We use the Bambu Lab A1 3D printer, but we're currently confirming its maximum build volume. Feel free to contact us for specific size inquiries.

15. How do you handle peak demand?
As a small business, we are working to scale our capacity. While we currently operate with one printer, we can expand to two additional printers if demand increases.
