2. What types of files do you accept for 3D printing?

We accept file formats compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 3D printer. If you’re unsure about your file’s compatibility, please contact us for clarification.

3. What materials do you use for 3D printing?

We currently offer prints using the following PLA filament materials:

- PLA Matte Charcoal (11101)

- PLA Basic Gray (10103)

- PLA Basic Jade White (10100)

4. Do you offer other materials like PETG or TPU?

At this time, we only offer PLA filaments and do not have plans to introduce specialty materials like PETG or TPU.

5. Can I request a custom print with specific material properties or tolerances?

We currently do not handle requests for specific material properties or tolerances. However, all prints are optimized using BambuStudio for best quality.

6. Do you offer post-processing or finishing services?

We do not offer post-processing or finishing services. Items will be delivered as printed.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped via An Post. Delivery within Ireland typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the print’s size and complexity.

For EU/EEA countries, shipping times may vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive tracking details after dispatch.

8. Do you provide any warranty or refunds?

We do not provide warranties on printed items. However, we offer refunds for visible defects larger than 3 mm. If you encounter a problem, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

9. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and special pricing for regular customers. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

10. Can you modify my design file before printing?

We do not currently offer design modification services. Please ensure your design file is print-ready before submitting it.

11. How can I place an order?

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments for all orders.

13. Where do you deliver?

14. What is the maximum size you can print?

We use the Bambu Lab A1 3D printer. For specific sizing requests, please contact us for the current maximum build volume.

15. How do you handle peak demand?

As a small business, we are working to scale our capacity. We currently operate one 3D printer but can expand to two additional printers if demand increases.
