Refunds for Failed Prints

  • If your 3D printed item has visible defects larger than 3 mm, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed for defects caused during the printing process and not for issues related to the design file provided by the customer.

Conditions for Refund

  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect for our review.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items with defects smaller than 3 mm.

  • Issues arising from the design file provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect dimensions, unsupported features).

  • Custom prints where the defect is due to specific material properties or tolerances not requested in advance.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
