Returns & Refunds Policy (30-Day Risk-Free Returns)

1) Our promise

We want 3D printing to feel easy and low-risk — especially if you’re trying it for the first time. That’s why we offer 30-day risk-free returns.

This policy applies to all orders, anywhere we ship.

2) 30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

This includes: - Standard products (non-custom) - Custom 3D prints (made-to-order)

3) What we’ll ask for (to process your return)

To approve and process a return, we’ll ask for: - Your order number - The reason for the return (a short note is fine) - Photos of the item (to confirm condition and help us improve)

4) Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be: - Requested within 30 days of delivery - Returned in original condition - Not broken, modified, painted, sanded, heat-damaged, or heavily used - Packed safely for shipping

If an item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

5) Refunds (full refund)

· Refunds are issued to the original payment method

· Refunds only (we do not offer store credit)

· We provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost

· Once we receive and inspect the return, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed

6) Return shipping

We cover return shipping for approved returns.

We’ll provide return instructions (and a return label where available). If a label isn’t available for your location, we’ll confirm the return method and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

7) Print-quality issues (we’ll make it right)

If there’s a print-quality issue with your order, we’ll fix it.

Depending on the situation, we’ll offer: - A free replacement (we reprint and ship again), or - A refund to the original payment method

If you report a print-quality issue, we may ask for extra photos (or a short video) so we can troubleshoot properly.

9) Notes on expectations (3D printing reality)

3D printing parts can show layer lines and small cosmetic marks. We’ll always aim for clean prints, but if you’re unsure what to expect, message us before ordering and we’ll guide you.
