Get a 3D Model: Three Easy Options

Not sure how to get a 3D model for 3D printing? You've got three simple paths:

  • Option 1: Find a ready-made model to print

  • Option 2: Create your own 3D model using self-help tools

  • Option 3: Tell us your idea, we'll arrange the 3D design and then 3D print it for you

Choose the option that fits your time, budget, and comfort level.

Option 1: Find a model to print (ready-made)

If you don't want to design from scratch, you can browse MakerWorld and find a model that's already ready to print.

Best for: popular hobby models, quick projects, and simple functional parts.

How it works

  1. Browse MakerWorld and pick a model you like

  2. Copy the model link

  3. Submit the link to us using our 'Start Your Print' form we'll review it and confirm printing options

Option 2: Create your own 3D model (DIY)

If you want to design it yourself, MakerWorld has a set of beginner-friendly tools to help you create a 3D model.

Best for: hobbyists, quick experiments, and anyone who wants full control of the design.

What youll need

  • A clear idea of what you want to make

  • A bit of time to try the tools and export a model

After you design it

Once you've created your model on MakerWorld, download/export the file and submit it to us, we can 3D print it and ship it to you.

Option 3: We design it + we print it (done-for-you)

If you don't have a 3D model file, you can share your concept with us and we'll take care of the rest. When you submit the form, we'll review your request, hire a designer to create the model, and then 3D print it for you once you approve the design.

Best for: custom parts, functional items, prototypes, replacements, and anyone who wants a simple concept-to-print service.

What to include in your request

To get the best result quickly, please include:

  • A short description of the item and what it's used for

  • Any key dimensions (length/width/height, hole sizes, clearances, etc.)

  • Photos, sketches, or reference links (if you have them)

  • Material preference (PLA or TPU) and color (optional)

Timeline and pricing (design)

  • Typical design time: 4 days

  • Typical design fees: €30 to €125 (depends on complexity)

Important note about the guarantee

  • Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the 3D printed product under our normal policy.

  • The designer's fee is not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee because design work is a custom service.
